Founders
Eric Cornish, PhD, MFA
Dr. Eric Cornish is an Associate Professor of Graphic Design Technology at Miami Dade College (MDC) in Miami, where he has taught for over 20 years. He is an Adobe Education Leader, and is certified by Adobe as a Digital Design Expert. His teaching philosophy emphasizes collaboration, inclusivity, and active learning. He is also a co-faculty advisor for a student-run literary arts magazine, and founder of the D3 Art & Design Conference. Professor Cornish also leads cultural immersion study-abroad programs to promote global citizenship through design and believes that creativity is a fundamental human activity accessible to all.
Tommy Demos, PhD, MFA
Dr. Tommy Demos is an Associate Professor of Film, Television & Digital Production at Miami Dade College (MDC) in Miami, FL. For over 12 years, he has facilitated college-level courses in video editing, motion graphics, and animation to wide variety of adult learners. He is a credentialed Adobe Education Leader, Adobe Creative Educator, Adobe Education Trainer, Adobe Campus Leader, and Adobe Partner By Design. He has facilitated numerous Faculty Professional Development Workshops and launched the Adobe Industry Certification Initiative at MDC, resulting in thousands of students earning Adobe Certified Professional credentials.
